The accommodation is for registered guests only. Please make sure to notify us in advance if you plan to welcome any visitors.
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
The property is used at each guest’s own risk. We cannot take responsibility for any accidents or damages that occur in or around the house.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Parties and events are not allowed. Please respect the local quiet hours after 10:00 PM and help maintain a calm and peaceful environment.
NO PETS ALLOWED
The property is not pet-friendly. As much as we love animals, we cannot accommodate them in order to ensure cleanliness and comfort for all guests.
KEEP YOUR VALUABLES SAFE
Please take care of your valuables – we are not responsible for any personal items. For your convenience and peace of mind, there is a built-in safe on the gallery level.
LOCK UP AND SWITCH OFF
Before leaving the house, please make sure that all doors and windows are closed and locked, and turn off the lights.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including the use of e-cigarettes and IQOS devices. Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the bins provided.
RESPECT NATURE
As the property is located in a protected natural area, we kindly ask you to help keep the surroundings clean and undisturbed. Please treat the environment with care: avoid littering, loud noise, and be mindful of the local wildlife.
FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT USE
All furniture and equipment should be used as intended. Please do not move any furnishings, and report any damage or malfunction to us immediately. We’re available 24/7 and happy to help. Guests are financially responsible for any damages resulting from failure to follow the house rules.
PROTECT OUTDOOR TEXTILES
In case of rain, please bring all outdoor cushions, blankets, and textiles inside or store them in the covered box next to the terrace to protect them from moisture.
TERRACE POOL GUIDELINES
The terrace pool is for your use at your own risk. For your safety and the cleanliness of the pool, please follow the usage rules displayed in the room guide and next to the pool. The pool usage rules are part of the house rules.
